Linda, the owner of Queen Bee, will meet with you and design your custom cleaning plan. She personally does the first clean to gain a thorough understanding of your expectations. She then trains the team lead who will be your designated cleaner. Our team leads may work independantly, or with an assistant.
As a boutique,
we focus on quality and client relationships, not volume. We don't hire people at minimal wage and farm out the work. All work is done by our small team. We use high end, professional products and commercial grade equipment with hepa filters. We are bonded and insured. Our reputation within our community is everything too us.
After you have received a "blind quote", Linda will visit you to ensure we are a good fit for one another. It is of paramount importance that we are comfortable with one another. Then, we conduct a walk through of the environment and establish your cleaning wish list in detail and solidify the quote. You will be provided with a checklist to ensure accountability of the service you have paid for.
At Queen Bee, we charge by the "job" not by the hour. So if we stop to pet your dog, or chat with you for a few moments, you don't have to worry about time being wasted! Charging by the job also ensures you pay for the service you have requested, not for employees who may drag out the time to increase the bill. Because you create your own cleaning regime your money is spent on what's important too you. We can also breakdown projects to fit your budget.
